About the Role
A highly successful, globally focused social infrastructure business with multi-billion-dollar revenues is searching for a Regional FP&A Manager to join and lead commercial finance activities for their European region. Based in Central London (3dpw in the office) you will be part of an increasingly acquisitive group going through a period of significant change and growth, where there is ample opportunity to make a difference from day 1. As a result of an international promotion, we are searching for a forward focused financial planning and analysis professional (ACA, ACCA or ACMA qualified), with excellent stakeholder management skills, who has supported business case development and has a track record in process and business improvement.
This role has a specific focus on providing analysis, insights, recommendations and commentary to drive knowledge and improvements in the business. As part of an organisation with significant capital expenditure plans, you will partner with non-financial leaders to develop high quality business cases which are presented to the board. Broad ranging responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial models for business units and capital projects; provide consolidated reports for regional and board reviews
- Work with business units to analyse monthly capital expenditure and variance reports; deliver accurate variance analysis for management accounts
- Assist in developing 3–5-year strategic business plans, focusing on performance metrics and capital expenditures for business units
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance reporting systems, implement best practices, and integrate new acquisitions into financial systems
- Produce timely management accounts, analyse business performance, manage financial risks, and ensure KPI data accuracy for informed decision-making
Applications are encouraged from qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) FP&A professionals who have worked in complex, fast-paced multinational environments. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in utilising financial models and developing business cases to support investment decisions. The successful candidate will be well versed in working across a variety of different cultures, managing upwards and be solutions oriented.
