Corporate Accounting Manager

We are partnered with a PE backed multinational going through a phase of continuous growth and transformation who are searching for a Corporate Accounting Manager to join their London HQ. Operating around the world and completing multiple acquisitions on an annual basis, the business has an excellent track record of internal promotion and career development for its employees, offering a diverse and progressive working environment. As a genuine team player, this role offers to opportunity to work across corporate, regional and business unit finance teams to help improve and transform financial and statutory reporting requirements.

You will be responsible for the management of financial and statutory reporting requirements, leading process and systems improvement for the accounting function. This will involve the review of central subsidiary accounts and reporting packs under IFRS and other applicable GAAPs, and the co-ordination of year end and ad-hoc audits. A detail-oriented role, there is a major emphasis on change and transformation, requiring someone who wants to make an impact and can deliver on projects whilst also ensuring the continued career development of 2 direct reports.

To be considered, applications are encouraged from qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) who have in-depth expertise in statutory, financial and management reporting, ideally gained in a multinational environment. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail, an eye for change and be able to foster relationships across a variety of different teams and business units.
