An amazing opportunity to join one of the leading names in UK specialist Real Estate Development as the No. 2 to the Group Controller.

The role will oversee a team of ACA's responsible for all cyclical and investor reporting for this highly expansive group. You and your team will be responsible for consolidation, balance sheet review and stat accounting for a wide range of subsidiary companies. In addition you'll be involved in debt/loans financing, refinancing, cashflow forecasting and work with the legal and tax teams on restructuring. A number of key projects and business partnering will also fall into your remit in this diverse and interesting group role.

The position will suit an ACA qualified with a track record of motivating and leading small teams and with a good knowledge of large scale Property Development or Services.

Flexible working with offices based Central London, Salary in the region of £90,000 and they would ideally like to see someone in situ by December 2024.
