This major name in the Real Estate Investment space, with £multi-bns under management, is seeking an Interim Senior Fund Controller, for a 6 months maternity leave cover.

As the key business partner to the investment team, you will be responsible for all financial and operational activities for this Pan-European open ended debt fund. The Senior Fund Controller is primarily responsible for; Investors Communication, Reporting, Treasury, Operations and Debt Management.

You’ll be a qualified accountant with 8+ years fund finance experience, well versed in leading Lux domiciled open-ended funds. A proven stakeholder manager, you'll be responsible for partnering with complex investor and stakeholder groups, able to demonstrate technical accounting knowledge and commercial acumen.

The firm has a strong employee focused culture, hybrid working which is currently a 3/2 split although they have plenty of space for those who prefer to be in more often, and a healthy work life balance.
