HedgerWay are exclusively partnered with a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial Property, Tech and Investment Group in the recruitment of a Financial Planning Manager based in Central London.
Reporting directly into the CFO, they are looking for an Financial Planning Manager to support the growth ventures, provide commercial insight and new ideas, enhance financial forecasting, lead the strategy process internally and support raising of loan capital to facilitate future growth, as required.
As Financial Planning Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Regular collaboration with the CEO, CFO and the management team members to maintain delivery of the core purchase and trading activities.
- Provision of relevant, insightful and actionable commercial and financial analysis to drive improved financial performance, supporting each business leader.
- Leading the Group 5-year strategic planning and annual budgeting process
- Preparing presentations at the monthly Management Meetings for the business.
- Evaluating the financial attractiveness of new business opportunities.
- Enhancing systems and processes to optimise the use of Salesforce for financial forecasting and commercial evaluations.
- Providing the CFO and CEO with a systematised cash flow forecast for the Group.
- Development of incentive and commission schemes for staff.
- Undertaking ad hoc commercial and financial analysis as requested by the CEO and CFO relating to new ventures and possible JVs.
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and have a minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a highly data intensive business. They are looking for someone that has the ability to work with Senior Leadership Team on a day-to-day basis and has the drive to shape the future of the Group.
