This is a fantastic Finance leadership role working for one of the most prominent names in Global Real Estate.
The business owns one of the largest, most diverse portfolios and estates spanning Commercial, Retail, Office, Leisure and also a large and growing Residential portfolio - of which this role will take full responsibility of leading finance for.
As Financial Controller you will have a team of 10+ overseeing construction and development activity of over £2bn and which will create 2,500 new homes built for sale or rent. You'll report to the Group FD and partner the Development MD in providing high quality management information and reporting, analysis and insight and work closely with investment and debt teams.
You will be a qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 5 years+ experience, the majority of which served within the Property sector. You'll have a strong reporting background and ideally have had exposure to the complexities of large developments at different stages of their life cycles. You'll have good people skills and be able to work well with operational and finance teams alike.
Amazing offices with typical working patterns 4 days in office, with flexibility around hours.
Package circa £110,000 + bonus + large pension contribution and range of benefits.
