Finance and Tax Manager Role

An award-winning financial services company are recruiting for a Finance and Tax Manager to join their team. Listed on the London Stock Exchange and recognised as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies, they operate across multiple jurisdictions and service clients in over 40 countries.

Based at their London Head Office, you will manage all aspects of tax reporting within the Group, including quarterly VAT returns, corporation tax returns, preparing the tax note in financial statements, answering auditors’ queries, and liaising with tax advisors. You will assist the Finance team with management accounting, including the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and budgeting and reforecasting across the group as well as supporting the wider finance team during the year end and half year end period. Additionally, you will be responsible for project focused work around the month end which are focused around automation and creating more efficient processes.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/ACMA preferred, ACA considered) with a strong academic backgreound and experience working in a role that covers both management accounting and tax accounting. They are seeking a proactive, energetic individual who can work independently and collaboratively and is eager to develop in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
