The Company

Leading mid-market private equity infrastructure manager, with a commitment to sustainable and positive impact investment principles. Due to the retirement of the incumbent, a new opportunity has arisen to reshape and progress the Asset Management function.

The Role

This will be a broad and fluid role, as part of the senior leadership team you will be a pivotal player in supporting the deal teams and portfolio of assets. Comfortable operating a board level, you will seek opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the business, whilst developing a best in class asset management function.

• Strategic Leadership: Guide asset management in alignment with the investment strategy and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with deal teams, providing insight and expertise to investment decisions
• Process Excellence: Implement best practices for portfolio monitoring, performance analysis, and risk management.
• Valuation Oversight: Manage, develop and professionalise the asset valuation processes.
• Operational Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Relationship Building: A natural leader, you will support portfolio company management teams.
• Industry Representation: Effectively engage with partners, investors and external bodies.

The Candidate

You will be a results-oriented professional, with extensive experience within the private equity. You will have a demonstrable track record in the strategic leadership and management of complex investments, delivering value creation through throughout the investment lifecycle.
