Head of FP&A - High Growth PropTech Group

This is an outstanding opportunity to join this highly dynamic and entrepreneurial Property, Tech and Investment group as their Head of FP&A.

Reporting into the CFO and working closely with the CEO and other board members you will have exposure to a wide variety of commercial activities and insight.

Some responsibilities will include;

• Leading the annual budgeting process
• Ownership and development 5 year strategic plan alongside the CEO.
• Being the “go to” for analysis on new commercial opportunities and investments
• Providing insight to current business performance and trends
• Enhancing systems and processes for financial forecasting purposes.

You’ll be a qualified Accountant with experience of working within Commercial Finance and broad FP&A exposure, industry experience not important – however an appetite to work within a fast moving environment required. You’ll have good modelling, analytical and data focused background and be comfortable working with a variety of different stakeholders.

Outstanding offices based in City of London, Salary between £90,000 - £100,000 DOE with good bonus opportunity and LTIP/MIP potential in the coming years.
