About the Role

We are searching for a Performance Reporting Lead (FP&A) to join an established, growing infrastructure business (3dpw in the central London office) with significant plans for change and transformation. With an impressive senior leadership team in place and significant capital available to support their growth plans (including energy transition projects), this represents an exciting time to join a well-known brand.

This role is responsible for leading the production of high-quality performance management reports and delivering insightful financial analysis to support senior leadership decision-making. As part of a growing FP&A function, you will take a senior lead position in supporting the Group CFO, Board of Director’s and external Shareholders in shaping future decisions and crafting messages on how the past can impact what’s next.

You will support strategic initiatives across various departments, including Business Development and Sustainability, and contribute to planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement of reporting processes. The position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders and regional finance teams and includes coaching responsibilities, all in aid of improving decision-making, growing profitability and enabling informed strategic decisions.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Leading monthly management reporting and performance analysis
  • Preparing materials for Board and executive meetings
  • Supporting business planning and forecasting cycles
  • Delivering financial insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Standardising reporting and developing KPIs across business areas
  • Providing business partnering support to SLT on new business activities and projects

Requirements:

  • A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with relevant post-qualification experience in complex environments going through change
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, someone who can interpret complex financial data into everyday language
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with desirable experience in SAP (or equivalent) and financial modelling (valuations)
  • Consummate professional, with the ability to go up and down the levels as appropriate, always seeking to improve
