About the Role
Hybrid (4 days office)
The role is with a super exciting, relatively young yet phenomenally successful Private Equity business that invest into infrastructure projects across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. They are 12 years old and already have just shy of $45bn under management with industry leading returns across their 3 core funds. Their investment strategies cover global equity, growth markets, energy transition infrastructure, infrastructure credit and Infratech and across their fund portfolio currently have around $45bn under management with fund raising in full throttle and new funds on the horizon (core fund 4 is set for later 2025).
London has a fund finance team of 6 currently with further support in the global head office and this fund finance team oversees the financial and investor reporting obligations for the firms main funds and co-investment funds. This role will work closely with the 3 other fund controllers and fund accountants internally as well as the work of the outsourced providers to help oversee the fund accounting, treasury and operations functions, partnering closely with the investment team (London based), tax, management company, investor relations and legal, playing a pivotal part in the team as they grow. The plan for this role is to take on the Credit Fund II however you will still be able to gain exposure and depth across the rest of the portfolio and strategies.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious qualified Fund Controller (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) to join a high performing Fund Finance Team in a business that is going from strength to strength in terms of growth. Experience working within Private Credit would be advantageous but those with experience working in fund finance across other assets will also be considered.
