About the Role

A leading real estate investment manager is currently seeking a Fund Accountant to join their London-based team. With over €2bn in assets under management and significant new capital commitments secured, the firm is expanding its fund finance function to support its continued European growth trajectory.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established fund accounting team. You will collaborate closely with asset management and investment teams to deliver accurate fund accounts, support investment activity, and provide strategic financial insight. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, performance-driven approach, and commitment to delivering value to investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  • Support investment and asset management teams with financial due-dilligence and asset onboarding/disposals
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and fund model maintenance.
  • Coordinate financial reporting under local GAAP/IFRS and contribute to consolidated financial statements.
  • Write investor reports and oversee annual audit processes.
  • Support treasury management, tax compliance (VAT & CT), and legal filings.
  • Collaborate with third-party service providers

About You:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent) with 1–3 years of PQE.
  • Previous experience in real estate audit or fund accounting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UK GAAP & IFRS
  • Confident communicator with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
