FP&A Analyst

High-growth Data Centres business in Central London is looking for an experienced and Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) FP&A Analyst to join its vibrant and dynamic Finance team.

Job Purpose

As an Analyst in the Group FP&A team of 5, you will support the team in helping to deliver the following:

• Annual Budget and forecasts for each site and Group, with supporting reports and analyses
• Annual long term financial projections for each site and Group
• Monthly management account outputs for sites and Group
• Provide all the necessary support in documents preparation, including Presentation, Board Papers, and other internal or external narratives
• Business partnering with various key stakeholders
• Support any ad hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis tasks
• Assistance with ongoing systems development

Requirements:

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent) qualified with some years relevant post-qualified experience
• Relevant FP&A experience from within a medium to large organisation
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the attributes required to manage stakeholder relationships (gravitas, credibility, rapport building)
• Strong systems skills - experience of ERP systems, Excel to a decent level, reporting tools essentially. Modelling and VBA experience would be useful but is not essential.
• Whilst any of Data Centre, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Technology sector experience would be an advantage, they are NOT a prerequisite and candidates from any sector are welcome to apply.
• Motivated self-starter who can work largely unsupervised
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and external contractors, with strong time management
• Ability to communication at all levels of management and to be able to appropriately persuade a relevant course of action
• Ability and willingness to be office based (Victoria) 5 days a week (it should be pointed out the office and culture are fantastic and they have created an environment where their staff want to come into work every day. They also willingly offer flexibility as and when it is required)
