Group Financial Reporting Project Manager - 6 Month Contract

A highly acquisitive PE backed business going through a consistent period growth need support in their Group Reporting function focusing on delivery of group internal and external reporting, working closely with external auditors on all requirements and working on process and practice improvement.

Within the role key remit will include:

• Lead external audit management and coordination.
• Liaise with regional finance teams for consistent reporting.
• Improve financial reporting and consolidation processes.
• Provide expert IFRS accounting guidance.
• Assess accounting implications of business transactions.
• Oversee financial statement filings across jurisdictions.
• Support Audit and Risk Committee reporting.
• Align with Tax & Treasury on overseas requirements.

You’ll be:

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experienced in multi-entity, international environments or auditing at this level
• Strong IFRS knowledge and audit management experience.
• Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with process improvement focus.
• Strong project management skills

A fast paced business no 2 days are the same. They operate a hybrid working model of 3 days a week in the office. Looking for someone proactive, able to build relationships internally and interact at all levels across the business.
